Believe it or not the 2011 year is quickly coming to an end! As the calendar winds down to 2012, we know many of our valued patients will be anxiously eyeing their Flexible Spending or Health Savings Account balances—trying hard not to squander any of the hard-earned dollars socked away for medical and dental expenses for the past year. We are all too painfully aware of the “use it or lose it” nature of these plans. Especially given the condition of our economy over the past months, we understand that now, more than ever, it is very important to use these pre-tax funds before the year ends and they are gone.
As a courtesy to all of our patients, we wanted to take this time to remind you that if you have available funds in either your FSA or HSA account, it pays to schedule the dental and orthodontic treatment that you and your family need now. We have reserved additional time in our schedule to accommodate these requests —simply call our office at (858)458-1088 to set up an appointment.
In addition, you can still take advantage of available funds if you currently have an active payment plan for treatment in our office. Our Financial Coordinator would be happy to adjust your current payment schedule to allow you to use your available FSA/HSA funds before they are lost.
